Bucklebury Farm

The children had a wonderful visit to Bucklebury Farm, near Reading.  They were very excited on the coach and managed to go quite a long way before they started asking 'are we there yet?'.  They were taken on a tractor ride through the deer's field and were allowed to feed the deer. Then a tour of the farm where they fed sheep and goats.  They took turns to hold guinea pigs, stroke rabbits and chicks.  After lunch they took turns to go on a nature walk, a climbing trail and a balloon trampoline.  The sun shined all day and the children coped very well with the heat, some even had enough energy to talk all the way back on the coach.
