This week has been healthy schools week. We have been thinking about how little changes can make big differences! We discussed healthy and unhealthy foods and drinks then designed our own healthy smoothies. On Tuesday we had great fun making them. The children used their maths knowledge to help them measure and weigh ingredients, then I helped them blitz them in the blender. The children loved making them and most of them enjoyed drinking them, even though they had spinach and kale in them!
