Today we came to the classroom after lunch to find our classroom door was covered in black. We had to burst through it in order to get into the classroom. Inside, we found some tunnels set up for us to explore. We had to work in teams and take it in turns to go down the tunnels into the tomb. It was very dark so we used a torch to see. We didn’t have long in the tomb because ‘poisonous gases’ had built up and it was very dusty. In the tomb we found different artefacts which we had to draw and show to the rest of our team. Once every team member had a turn, we presented our findings to the rest of the class. Then we did some more learning about Tutankhamun and his tomb and did some diary writing.
