PE

This week in PE we have been taking part in some of the exercises that NASA astronauts undertake in order to become fit enough for a space mission. Along with Year 4 we have completed circuits in Crab walks, bear crawls, and skipping to name but a few. Each activity has used different muscle groups and helped to build stamina. We were able to identify which muscles we used along with how we felt before and after the activities.
