The Big Science Competition
During the spring term our science lessons are focussed on child-led investigations as we work on our own 'Big Science' competition. The children come up with the most amazing ideas to investigate, from wondering whether green or red apples would decay more quickly to working out how tough the skins of some fruits are! Each class puts forward their best entry to Ms Holmes and Mrs Bunce who spend an enjoyable afternoon judging which entry will be the overall winners. We are always so impressed with the hard work evident by all the children, but this year, after some deliberation, Willow class (Year 5) were chosen. Well done!
