Fir Class Prayer

Dear God,

Thank you for our lives: our learning, our health, fresh air, clean water and good food.

Help us to look after the animals and plants in our beautiful world.

Thank you for our family and friends.

Bless the impoverished and help us to appreciate how lucky we are.

Thank you for today.

We pray for a good day tomorrow, when we make the right decisions and are the best that we can be.

Amen

River Dart 2023

Year 6 have had a fabulous first day with CRS adventures.

We have all made our beds and unpacked, jumped in lakes, got muddy, enjoyed a night hike, written our diaries and are now all fast asleep ready for tomorrow's adventures.

We will post some photos for you to see tomorrow.

SATs 2024

SATs take place this year in May from Monday 13th - Thursday 16th May.

Writing assessment for SATs takes place until the end of June when children must produce 6 pieces of writing across a range of genres to showcase their writing ability. 

Preparation is ongoing and attendance to address all areas of learning is key in order for children to achieve their potential.
