Busy bee play phrases

During busy bee time it is important that children know how to ask someone to play with them and also what to say if they are rejected. They also need to know how to respond if they are the one being asked. Here are some of the play phrases which we practise in class.

• Please may I play with you?
• Would you like to play?   
• Please may we take turns?
• Please say sorry to me.
• I am sorry.
• Yes please.
• No thank you.
• Stop it please.
• Did you hear me?
• Please can you say that again?
