Village life- Taplow
21st April- 2nd May - Village Life- Taplow
For the next two weeks our learning will be centred around being able to discuss the similarities and differences between things in the past and now.
We will be looking at and drawing pictures of homes in Taplow. We will try to identify which homes are older and talk about the similarities and differences to newer homes. We will also decide whether we would prefer to live in an older or newer home and think about the reasons for this.
We will make our own model village after we have visited Bekonscot. We will decide on which buildings we think are important to include in our village.
We will look at examples of English Country Dancing and will learn a few moves with the help from Mrs Dobson! We will also be learning the traditional song 'You are my sunshine.'
We will continue to work on developing our fine motor skills using a variety of activities and practise correctly forming each of our letters.
